3 Star Hotel Bed & Breakfast Accommodation
The hotel offers seven ensuite Bed & Breakfast rooms,
which have been refurbished to a very good standard.
Four bedrooms are located within the hotel and three are situated in former cottages which adjoin the main hotel building. The clean, comfortable rooms are all
en-suite and have flat screen digital TV and tea & coffee making facilities with ample biscuits.
Hairdryers are provided, irons are available on request.
Room Rates (Bed & Breakfast) Per Night
Single: £45 per room
Double / Twin: £65 per room
Family: £70/75 per room (based on 2 adults and 1 child. Extra z-bed can be added at a supplement of £10 per room.)
Luce Bay View Self Catering: £75-85 per room
(Based on 2/4 adults sharing a twin & double room) Children Welcome

Pets are allowed in certain rooms and easily accessible rooms are available on request – please contact the hotel for further details. Free parking is available at the rear of the hotel. The earliest check in time is 2pm and rooms should be vacated by 10.30am on the day of departure.
To make a reservation a £10 per room deposit is required. All major debit and credit cards are accepted with the exception of American Express.
Only refundable if you cancel before our 48 hour policy.
Please note that for the comfort of our guests all Bed & Breakfast accommodation and public rooms are non smoking.

Cancellation Policy: We require 48 hours notice from the date of arrival for full refund of any monies to be made. If less then 48 hours notice we will charge a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of 1 nights stay for each room booked. - Conditions
Check in time is from 14:00 until 22:00. Check out time is at 10:30. - Children and pets are welcome in certain rooms – please let us know at the time of booking.
- Luce Bay View now accepts 1 pet per stay , additional charge of £10 per stay if more than 1 pet.
- Please note that the Tigh Na Mara Hotel is completely non-smoking.

If you call us direct we will require a credit or debit card which we will deduct a £10 deposit from in order for reservations to confirm your booking . This is only refundable outside our 48 hour cancellation policy.
