Luce Bay View is located in the quiet, seaside village of Sandhead, boasting a breathtaking view of the beach from the rear of the property.
Having recently undergone extensive modernisation, this self-catering accommodation is stylishly furnished
with all modern facilities included.
Luce Bay View is available for weekly lets, starting on a Monday for seven nights, checking out the following Monday or Friday for seven nights, checking out the following Friday.
Short midweek breaks start on Monday for four nights, checking out on Friday.
Weekend breaks start on Friday for three nights, checking out on Monday.
The property is double-glazed and centrally heated throughout, with no additional electric costs added on to the rental price.
All bed linens and towels are provided free of charge.
KITCHEN
A well equipped, modern kitchen with fully integrated appliances.
Built in hob and oven, washer / dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave and dishwasher included.
All crockery, cutlery and utensils supplied.
DINING AREA
Has a dining table which can seat four people comfortably.
LOUNGE
The property has an open plan living space, incorporating the kitchen, dining area and lounge, with double doors leading out onto the patio area, with stunning sea views.
The lounge has comfortable, leather seating, an electric feature fire and a digital flat screen TV and DVD player.
BATHROOM
Has a bath with electric shower overhead, toilet and wash hand basin. Toiletries and towels are provided.
BEDROOMS
The property has two bedrooms, one double and one twin and can therefore sleep four people. Each bedroom has a flat screen TV, alarm clock with iPod docking station and there is ample storage space available.
The property has ample free parking.

Children are welcome and high chairs and travel cots are available free upon request – guests must bring their own linen for travel cots.
Pets are welcome, there is a small service charge of £10 per stay with a maximum of two pets per booking.
