Terms and conditions

No reduced rates for single occupancy, the rate is per room only
48 hours cancellation policy applies, if we are unable to resell the rooms then full payment is required for the first nights stay. The deposit that is received to confirm the booking is also non refundable, but is transferable to any other dates within the calendar year.
Pets are only allowed in certain allocated rooms, if more than one pet, a surcharge may be added for additional cleaning costs. Please inform us when booking.
Our hotel is completely non-smoking with smoke & heat alarms in all bedrooms.
The offers are subject to change if for any reason our operating costs increase.
The hotel has an official 3 Star restaurant with rooms rating from Visit Scotland. Certain rooms are smaller, but all have the same facilities.
Any special requests such as allergies, wheelchair access, dietary requirements etc , must be requested in advance.
Family rooms are available on request, can sleep 3 or 4 with z bed, £20 surcharge in winter offers and £30 surcharge in summer.
The above offers are not available on Easter Weekend, or Christmas & New Year
